Observation

At the time of the visit the big room upon entrance had a spray bottle with liquid in it that was accessible to the children and the bottle label said keep out of reach of children. The provider stated that the liquid in the bottle was just water but it did not say it was water and said to keep out of reach of children and had ingredients listed on the bottle.
